Top Tips

My best advice for getting better at Geometry Dash.

Beginner

Learn the rhythm

The music lines up with the jumps. Listen to the beat and tap with it instead of just staring at the screen.

Beginner

Practice mode is your friend

Use practice mode to place checkpoints and learn the hard parts before trying the full level.

Intermediate

Don't hold too long

On ship and wave parts, lots of small taps beat one big hold. Stay calm and tap lightly.

Intermediate

Watch ahead, not at your cube

Keep your eyes a little ahead of your icon so you can react to spikes and portals in time.
